My name is Petr Brzobohaty and together with my colleague Jan Manak and out team we have been building the brand Čajkovskij Apartments since 2016. We are running short-term apartment rentals in the Czech Republic and Dubai. We have also been working in the real estate business for over 10 years in the Czech Republic and 4 years in Dubai.
2016
We opened the first branch of Čajkovskij Apartments in Brno, Czech republic. Several modernly equipped apartments close to the city centre. Very soon we became the best rated apartments not only in Brno, but in the whole South Moravian region.
2018
We have opened a second branch in Brno near the industrial zone and the airport. We offer very modern apartments here as well.
2019
We programmed professional hotel management for Airbnb. This system is used by hundreds of Airbnb owners around the world as it can measure the performance of your apartment and compare it to another or predict your future earnings and costs.
2022
We expanded our services to Dubai, where we bought an apartment in a luxury high-rise building on the 26th floor. The building has a gym, heated swimming pool for adults and children, relaxation area, private jogging track, children's playground, supermarket and a renowned Italian restaurant.
2023
We are expanding to another location within Dubai, which is Arjan, within walking distance to Miracle Garden. This time we bought a luxury 1 bedroom apartment on the 12th floor which is currently under construction. Our guests will be able to play golf, bowl, billiards, tennis or enjoy the infinity pool on the 13th floor while watching a movie in this exclusive project. Children will have access to an indoor playroom, outdoor playground, children's pool and many other activities. They will also enjoy the observatory with the opportunity to play the piano on the 35th floor.
2022 - 2026
We have fulfilled the dream of more than 200 investors who wanted a lucrative investment and a holiday home by the sea in the most interesting tourist destination in the world, which is Dubai.
2025
I appeared as a guest on CNN Prima News in the Interview PLUS program, where I discussed the differences between the real estate markets in Prague and Dubai. CNN Prima News is one of the most recognized TV networks in the Czech Republic.
2025
After surpassing CZK 1 billion in sales volume, I was invited by the world-renowned business magazine Forbes, where we recorded a podcast about buying property in Dubai.
2026
During the conflict in the Middle East, I served as an advisor to CNN Prima News. I took part in live prime-time broadcasts, where I provided commentary and insights on the situation.
