Even in Dubai, there is a construction authority that keeps a protective hand over the project, and you can find everything on their official app. You can track the progress of the construction online. The Construction authority does regular inspections where you can see the percentage of the construction that is complete.
The Dubai Land Department (DLD) is the equivalent of the Land registry in Europe. Once the apartment has been handed over, we will work with the developer to register the property and send you a certificate of ownership.
