Overview
A new project by developer Binghatti, starting next week. The developer is known for beautiful modern design of apartments, but most importantly for the speed of construction. To be confirmed, but currently Binghatti states completion of the project in 01/2025.
The big advantage is the 30 retail spaces on the ground floor of the project. There will definitely be a supermarket, drugstore, cafe, hairdresser and probably a restaurant.
If I take into account the price, location, quality of the developer, the amenities of the project, and most importantly the speed of construction, this makes for a very interesting project with potential for short term rentals that I will highly recommend.
